1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, placing an order, or contacting us for services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent), you have read and understood these Terms, and you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
KAKOO provides custom T-shirt printing services and sells apparel through our website. We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice
Limit quantities of any product or service
Refuse any order at our sole discretion
Change product prices without prior notice
3. Custom Orders and Design Submissions
When you submit a custom design for printing, you confirm that:
You own the design/artwork or have full rights and permissions to use it for commercial printing
The design does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party
The design does not contain offensive, hateful, obscene, or illegal content
KAKOO is not liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from designs submitted by customers
KAKOO reserves the right to refuse printing of any design that we deem inappropriate, illegal, or potentially infringing on third-party rights.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment must be completed before production begins for custom orders
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking through Razorpay
We also accept advance payments via WhatsApp transfer for local customers
A confirmed order cannot be cancelled once production has begun
5. Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only after:
Full payment has been received and verified, OR
Written confirmation (WhatsApp/message) has been sent by KAKOO
We will send order confirmation via WhatsApp message. Please keep this for your records.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Local delivery within Malda: Available (delivery charges may apply)
Pan-India shipping: Available via trusted courier partners
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Custom orders: 48–72 hours production time before dispatch
KAKOO is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
7. Product Quality and Accuracy
We take every effort to ensure your order matches your specifications. However:
Slight colour variations may occur due to monitor settings and printing processes
Minor size variations of ±1-2 cm are within acceptable tolerance
Print placement may vary by ±1 cm
These minor variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for refund
8. Intellectual Property
All content on kakoo.in, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of KAKOO and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KAKOO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malda, West Bengal, India.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

At KAKOO, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Our Commitment
We are committed to delivering high-quality custom T-shirts. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, wrong size (due to our error), or wrong item, we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
The product has a manufacturing defect (torn fabric, missing stitching, damaged print)
You received the wrong size due to our packing error
You received a completely wrong product
The print quality is significantly below the approved proof/mockup
The product was damaged in transit (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
Minor colour variations due to screen display vs actual print
Minor size variations within ±2 cm tolerance
Slight print placement variations within ±1 cm
Damage caused by improper washing or care (always wash inside-out in cold water)
Products that have been worn, washed, or altered by the customer
Custom orders that were correctly produced as per customer specifications
4. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement request:
Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp (+91 95633 76416) within 48 hours of receiving your order
Step 2: Share clear photos of the issue (the product, the defect, and the packaging if damaged)
Step 3: Share your order details (order number, name, contact number)
Step 4: Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
Step 5: If approved, we will arrange for pickup or ask you to return the item
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card)
For cash orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was entirely ours
6. Replacement Policy
Where eligible, we prefer to offer a replacement over a refund. Replacements are produced and dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval. For bulk orders, replacements apply only to the defective items, not the entire order.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before production begins (usually within 2 hours of order confirmation)
Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted
To cancel, immediately contact us via WhatsApp with your order details
Pre-production cancellations will be refunded within 3–5 business days
8. Bulk Order Policy
For bulk orders (10 pieces or more):
We strongly recommend requesting a physical sample before full production
Samples are chargeable at regular price and can be adjusted against the bulk order
Once a sample is approved and bulk production begins, cancellations are not possible
Defective items in bulk orders will be replaced at no cost
